Viewing your career as a joint venture suggests that instead of looking for what's "hot" in the job market, you consciously participate with your inner intelligence in making career decisions. It's important here not to be misled by outside distractions. To do so would be like an apple tree trying to grow kiwis because they're a "hot" item on the grocery shelves this year. Even if that were possible, it doesn't make sense, does it?
Better to bear the fruit that expresses your true nature as your career!
